先日の週末、神保町で仕事を終えて
会社知人とこちらのお店へ
NEE OPENの古き良き肉バル
5バルさん。
調べた所、都内に4店舗を構える
どこも点数高めの新店舗とのこと。
俄然期待が膨らみます。
店内はワンフロア、
赤を基調としながらも、
モノトーンのグラフィックアートや
装飾がどこか懐かしい印象。
きさくなお兄さんの案内で、
テーブル席へ
週末だけあり8割の埋まり具合
バルならではの活気の中、
ビールで乾杯。
こじんまりバルはここからが本番。
まずこちらがしたい事を率先して
行う風土が店にある。
スタッフとよく目が合う。
商品知識が皆ある。
でいながら会話が弾む軽快トークや笑い
よく教育されているとの印象の他、
皆楽しそうな働きよう。
リストランテのかちっとした
サービスも良いが男同士で、
気兼ねなくはやはりバルならでは。
気持ちの良い接客、
会話をとことん楽しめたお店。
あまり食事はできなかったが、
肉は全体的に◎鉄板提供も今では
珍しくかなり○
久々バル業態を満喫できたお店。
接客メインの方はぜひ。
