かなり薄くスライスされている和牛のカルパッチョで表面だけあぶられている。卵の黄身に絡めてすき焼き風に!
塩ダレとバルサミコの2種で頼み、見た目は味付けカルビに似ているけど、実際に食べてみるとほぼユッケなのでワイルド～～
