神保町駅周辺をぶらぶら散歩中に、センスのいい、ネオンの看板に惹かれて来店。
土曜日の18時前だったけど、人気店らしく、予約でいっぱいの中で、運良く唯一の空席におさまる。
程よく暗い店内に、軽快なポップスが流れて、心なしか気分が高まる。
名物の、ラビオリで包んだ洋風の餃子は、三種類の変わり種。
豚肉・ポルチーニソース
鴨肉とクレソン・サフランクリームソース
羊肉とスパイス・赤ワインバルサミコ醤油ソース
ワインも、その日の気分やコンセプトを、キャッチフレーズで表したメニューが楽しい。
この日は、『全米が泣いた』ウッドブリッジのメルローを注文。ドライチェリーのような果実味やスパイスが、お肉料理によく合う。
そして圧巻は、目の前でバーナーで焼いてくれる、霜降り牛肉のカルパッチョ！
味付けは塩だれと、バルサミコソースの二種と珍しい組み合わせ。小口ネギと、削ったパルミジャーノ・レッジャーノ、とろとろの卵黄を絡めて頂く。これは、うま！
インスタ映えや、奇をてらうメニュー・コンセプトで物珍しさを狙うだけではなく、味もちゃんと美味しい。
接客も丁寧で、好感の持てるお店でした。
少人数の飲み会でまた使いたい！
