神保町駅すぐの路地裏に佇む炭火ビストロゴーバル。
恐らく近所の会社員さんやOLさんが集うお店。
店内の賑やかな雰囲気がとても良い。
みんな楽しそうで元気いっぱいでほっこりします。
平日ながらほぼ満席。
リーズナブルな価格ながらハイレベルの料理の連続に心躍りました。
ラビオリ×ギョーザでラビーザといったパンチの効いた逸品も楽しい。
それぞれ個性的な味が際立っておりワインにもマッチしていてたまりません。
個人的にはトマトとフルーツの氷カプレーゼの演出も味もどタイプでした！
ドリンクのメニューも思わずクスッと笑ってしまうメニュー名が羅列していて遊び心が面白い。
ガンガンいこうぜはグッときますね。
今回はアラカルトでしたが、コース＋飲み放題もリーズナブルな価格で堪能できるのでオススメです。
店内にいると神保町にいるのを思わず忘れてしまう、そんな素敵なゴーバルさんでした。
