進化する居酒屋さん

この日は居酒屋ランチです。
猿楽町へ移動する際に、
毎回このお店の前を通るのでBMしておきました。
以前も大庄グループのお店でしたが、
今年の春新たなコンセプトのお店としてリニューアルしてOPENしたお店です。
訪問時間13:10。
意外と先客少なく、数名様のみ。
後客は数名、たまたまでしょうか女性お一人様が目立ちました。
ものすごく元気の良い女性スタッフがアテンド。
大テーブルの端っこに着席。
すぐにお茶とお手拭きが提供。
夜の居酒屋のように広げて手渡してくれます。
いきなり満足度上昇(笑)
こちらの店舗ですが、
あくまで個人の想像ではありますが、
最近勢力強くなりつつある、磯〇水産に対抗するコンセプトなのでしょうか?
テーブルの上にはお客さん自身で海産物を焼くためのコンロが常設されてます^^
メニューは予習済みでしたので、
ぶつ切り刺身賄い丼 850円をすぐにオーダー。
「賄い丼一丁!」
水道橋といえば大庄グループの本拠地。
あちこちに庄やがあるので時々訪問しますが、
大抵が唐揚げでしたので、海鮮丼は初挑戦。
わくわくしますねえ^^
5分ほどで丼が提供です。
思っていた以上に間口の大きな丼。
底は浅めですが、
広い間口いっぱいに魚が載せられ、豪華さがありますよ^^
具材は、マグロブツ、しめさば、サーモン、タコ、そしてシラス、
大葉の上に大根おろし、傍らにガリの塊。
それぞれの魚はふんだんに散らされてます^^
見た目満足!
丼の他に、アオサの味噌汁とお新香ついてます。
さてマグロからいただきますが、
飛びぬけてはいませんが、味は悪くありません。
しめ鯖は大き目のしめ鯖をブロック状にカットされたもの。
優しい味で良いおかず。
タコが大量で満足度高し。
ご飯は優しめの酢飯。
白米だったらどうしようかとおもいましたが、
心配は杞憂に・・
アオサの味噌汁がこれまた柔らかい味わい。
なんともホットする味でした^^
魚多数の海鮮丼!
ご飯がすすむ君で、
最後に刺身が余ってしまいました^^
もちろん刺身だけでいただき完食。
決して上品ではないですが、
満足度高いランチに出会えましたよ。
大庄グループのお店結構入れ替わり多いですが、
より顧客目線のお店に進化しつつあるのを感じました^^
満足!満足!

(First visit in October 2023) Weekday lunch. 11th day after the onset of sciatica. It's pretty easy if you don't have to sit for long periods of time. I want to stretch frequently, but it's hard to do that once I'm at work. However, it is impossible to go far away, so I decided to go near Suidobashi. Today I visited here for the first time in 5 years. Visiting time: 11:30, 1 customer first and 10 people after. It wasn't very crowded. I ordered a stylish sashimi set meal for 1,250 yen. It was 900 yen a while ago, so I get the impression that the price has gone up considerably. It seems like the prices of the Daisho series have gone up across the board recently. The set meal is served in about 5 minutes. The sashimi consists of two slices of lean tuna, octopus, yellowtail, bonito, and salmon. And it consists of small chunks of green onion. I don't think there's anything particularly outstanding about the taste of the sashimi. Is it worth mentioning that it is cut thicker? By the way, you can substitute as much rice and miso soup as you like. Of course, please refrain from refilling. Eat quickly and pay. Payment is via PayPay. At this price, I wonder if I'll come back again in 5 years. *I probably won't be working around here in 5 years (lol)
