Our restaurant is proud of its "Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)" (offal hotpot) made with domestic beef small intestines. The simply seasoned "Special Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)" (1,480 yen) has an irresistible soup full of umami! The slightly spicy "Special Umakara Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)" (1,480 yen) combines the sweetness of fat with the spiciness, making it a dish that will have you eating and sweating non-stop. Chicken meat shipped directly from Miyazaki Prefecture is luxuriously served as "torisashimi" ◎ You can choose between a two-item platter (980 yen) or a four-item platter (1,880 yen) depending on the number of people and your preferences.
