マグロをとことん堪能できる居酒屋！
神保町にあるマグロ料理専門居酒屋。
いや〜イイ店を知りました。
刺身・寿司が美味しいのは勿論ですが、マグロのステーキをレアとウェルダンで食べ比べさせてくれたり、マグロの玉子の煮付けや、マグロの白子の天ぷらといった、専門店ならではの逸品があったり。
この日は食べませんでしたが、マグロカツも勿論ありますし、マグロのハツの焼肉や、マグロの皮ポン酢なんかもありました。
お酒は種類豊富で、サワーやチューハイはメガサイズ系もたくさん。
こんなに美味しいし使い勝手も良いのに、金曜なのに空いていたのが不思議。
また来ます！

1年ぶりに訪問した、神保町のマグロ専門居酒屋です。
専門店なだけあってマグロのメニューが豊富で、刺身や寿司はもちろん、しゃぶしゃぶ、焼肉、各種一品料理と、様々な食べ方でマグロを楽しむことができます！

アイルランド産の天然本マグロとのことですが、こちらの本マグロはやはりとても美味しく、当然ながら刺身と寿司は大満足！
大ぶりにカットしてくれているし、ねっとりとした食感と濃い味わいがたまりません。
赤身、中トロ、大トロ、カマトロと、一度に色々食べ比べられて、手軽に贅沢なひとときを楽しめます。
前回、マグロの焼肉をレアとウェルダンで食べ比べたのもとても良かったし、今回はしゃぶしゃぶにしてみましたがこれまた絶品でした。
一品料理は、マグロそのものというより揚げ方など調理のせいなのか、どれも少しイマイチに感じてしまったので、ここは改めて美味しさを追求してほしいところ。
ドリンクは良心的な価格で、メガサイズもあるし、飲み放題もありますね。
再訪してみて、やっぱり魅力的なこちらのお店なのですが、1年前に来たときと比べると値上げもしているし、メニュー数も少し絞られたように感じます。
以前は、数杯飲んで色々食べても5千円台だった記憶ですが、今では7千円台なので、さほど気軽に行けるお店ではなくなったのは残念。
せっかくオープンした大手町店も1年ほどで閉めてしまったようだし、色々と大変なんだろうな。。
コアタイムの18〜19時台でも結構空席があるのは気になりましたが、2軒目利用なのか、20時半あたりからかなり混んできた印象でした。
なかなか食べログの点数が伸びないのですが、こういう気概を感じる専門店は応援したいです。
少し時間を空けて、また訪問したいと思います。
