自家製シャルキュトリーの盛合せを目当てにワインを飲みたく訪問。
可愛らしい内装でテーブル席メインだが少しのカウンター席もあり。
感じのいい気持ちいい接客にて、
2軒目もあったのでメインはあえて次回に取っておき、色々アドバイスを頂きながら以下を注文。

〇根セロリとタスマニアマスタードのマリネ
〇鰆のマリネ、秋ナスのタルタル
〇スープドポワソン
自家製シャルキュトリーの盛合せは何種類あるのか、
二人だかったので喧嘩せずにそれぞれ食べることがででき、
あえてワインではなくビールに合わせて貰ったがビールのつまみとしてハイレベルな逸品。
そして自分では絶対頼まないだろう同行者が頼んだスープドポワソンが、
予想以上に美味くて驚いた。
2人分としてカップに小分けして提供頂き、濃度高めな魚介スープがかなり美味かった。
麺や白米を入れて食べたいなと思いながらもこういうお店はパンだよな。
次回もスープ系とシャルキュトリーの盛合せは必須にして、
他の料理も色々食べてみたいなと思った一軒
