Our signature menu is ``stew'' made in-house daily using plenty of fresh pork offal. No sugar is used, and a blend of red and white miso is simmered with aromatic bonito stock to concentrate the flavor. It goes without saying that it goes perfectly with alcohol, but it also goes perfectly with freshly cooked rice! In addition to being served as a single item, the ``Stewed Rice Bowl'', which is a generous bowl of white rice with tofu cooked in broth, is also popular!
