GW中日の平日、たまたま昼休みを長くとれる日ができたため、平日限定営業のすしわさびさんへ電車を使い行ってみました。ここ数カ月、理想的な「ばらちらし」を求め何店舗か来訪しつつ、どれも食べ足りない気分になっていたところ、当店の山盛りのばらしらしの情報を見つけてチャレンジしに来てみました。
正午少し前、幸い外待ち客はおらずすぐに入店・着席できました。席に座ると同時に店員さんに「ばらちらしお願いします」と告げると、僅か２～３分で丼が提供されました。
この手の山盛り海鮮丼はグルメサイトで何度か見てきましたが実物を目の前にするとやはりテンション上がりますね。茶碗は小さいもののネタはたっぷりあります。ここのばらちらしのネタはネギトロとサーモンたたきがメインです。その他にいくら、玉子、キュウリ、白身魚系のブロックが載ってきます。
お味の方はやや甘めで鮮度感含めて緩い感じ。高級志向ではない具材でしたが、たっぷりとした具材とシャリ量でなかなか満腹度が高かったです。個人的にはもっと玉子、キュウリなどシャキシャキ系のちらし寿司の具材も食べたかったところですが、サーモンやネギトロはどちらも好物なので、この値段でそれぞれたっぷり食べられて嬉しかったです。平日のみ営業でハードルが高いお店ですが、よい来店機会になりました。ごちそうさまでした。
