本日１２月１日、神保町交差点を対角線に移転してきたのが「神保町 なかや蒲焼店」です。
ビルの１階ですが、ガラス窓が開放感を感じさせてくれます。
これでうなぎの焼き音・香りがあれば、堪りません・...
うな重上を注文。好みの味で焼き加減もやや焦げがあって香ばしい。
店の雰囲気も明るく店員さんもウェルカムな感じで良い。
ただ1点、お茶が美味しくない。残念!
こちらのお店、神田古本まつりでは毎年鰻丼の屋台を出されていて、毎年食してはいたものの、お店は未訪で、移転を機に新店舗へ初訪問。
