平日ランチです。
新幹線のチケットを買ったついでにランチ。
水道橋駅界隈です。
何気に新しいお店がOPENしてます。
こちらは台北があった場所ですねえ。
というか台北が店閉めたのさえ知らんかったです・・・
鳥劇場・・・過去聞いたことなしです。
上野のお店の情報を見てみると串が99円で提供しているお店みたい。
訪問時間13:10、先客パラパラ、後客もパラパラ。
店内台北の面影はなし。
かなりお金かけてリニューアルしたんですね。
お願いしたのは焼鳥丼750円。
ご飯のサイズは普通サイズ。
メニューのどこにも税込みの記載がなく、
後に伝票見たら825円の表示が・・・

提供は12分後。
丼、みそ汁、ミニサラダ、お新香の構成。
焼鳥丼はしし唐×１、ねぎま×１、もも×２、つくね×１、
タレかけたご飯のうえに刻み海苔その上に焼鳥。
お肉は小さめ。
ご飯量が半端なくぎっしり詰まっていて肉とご飯のバランス悪し。
おかず足らんでしょ・・・
さて焼き鳥の味はどうか？
もも肉から行きますが、下味が弱く、
噛めば噛むほど味が消えて、塩気のない肉噛んでる状態。
塩もたれも全く浸透してないですねえ。
つくねは、プリッとしていて業務用の食材感満載。
白米も柔らかく、弾力が感じられないお米。
このお米ハイボリュームで提供にされても・・・・
みそ汁はもちろん濃いめのインスタント味です。
申し訳ありませんが、肉も白米も、完食無理でした
お支払いは現金のみです
これほど満足度低い焼鳥丼は過去経験がないですねえ。
