We offer carefully selected meats from our chef who has been working on this path for 50 years. Introducing two recommended dishes with homemade sauce as the key to the flavor! First up is the ``aged thick-sliced beef tongue''. It is characterized by a moderately salty taste that has been aged using a unique method. Last but not least is Ningyocho Hormone, a fresh pork offal. This is a proud dish that uses salt and miso sauce that are not allowed outside the home. The refreshing Japanese-style ``Keyaki Cold Noodles'' and the ``Garlic Rice Nori Maki'' that can be enjoyed as snacks are perfect for finishing off your meal! We also have our popular ``Keyaki Enjoyment Course'' which is a great value.
