神保町A5出口から徒歩4分位にあります。
木で出来た内装かつ部屋ごとに仕切りがあるので和風個室居酒屋的な間取りになっており、プライベートな雰囲気で焼肉を楽しむことが出来ます。基本は4人掛けのテーブル席になっているので四人以下での訪問が良さそうです。
今回は熟成厚切り牛タン、牛3種の神器盛り(カルビ・ハラミ・ロース)、特選黒毛和牛の牛たたき、人形町ホルモン(味噌)などを注文しました。
特に印象深かったのは、厚切り牛タンと牛3種の神器盛りでした。
▪️ 厚切り牛タン
1センチ以上の厚みのある牛タンで、表面を焼き目ができるくらいまで焼いて頂きました。
食感は柔らかがありつつも弾力のあるタンで、塩味ダレでしっかりと味付けされているので、噛むほどに肉汁と旨みが溢れてきて美味しかったです。
▪️牛3種の神器盛り(カルビ・ハラミ・ロース)
王道の3点を乗せた盛り合わせです。カルビは赤身感のある食感と脂身の旨みが感じられるお肉でした。個人的にはロースが脂が乗っていて、食感も柔らかくて美味しかったです。
個室も一部あるのでゆっくりとお話しながら焼肉を食べたい場合に使うと良いかもしれません。
