... noodle room at the back of the store with no additives and lots of water, and are available in three thicknesses depending on the soup you pair them with. The specialty Otokoyama all-topping is a tonkotsu-based ramen with back fat. Choose a thick noodle with whole wheat flour for this. The classic soy sauce ramen uses thin noodles in a chicken-based soup. It has a refreshing finish with a subtle aroma of kelp, saury, and various seafood.
