I was so busy that I missed lunch, and I left the customer's office after 2pm, so there were no customers there, but I was able to enter the restaurant without any unpleasant looks. There are so many lunch menus to choose from. I couldn't resist Noodles + complimentary rice... Since I was hungry, I went for a hearty Twice-Cooked Pork Set Meal. I wondered if they had prepared it in advance? I came so early, but it was this time, so I was happy that it was prepared quickly. I was the one who ordered a large portion of rice. I was confident that I could eat it. But it was more than I expected and I was satisfied. (I have to go to the gym when I get home...lol) The set includes rice, the main dish of Twice-Cooked Pork, pickled mustard, salad, and soup. The Twice-Cooked Pork has a lot of cabbage, but it was healthy and sufficient. The soup is a little thin because it is overpowered by the taste of the Twice-Cooked Pork, but it's normal. I was very satisfied. I think it's only the efforts and generosity of the restaurant staff that make it possible to eat such a good value lunch in Hongo 3-chome.
