家族のお祝いで利用しました。シックな内装で落ち着いた雰囲気で、掘りごたつ式のテーブルでゆったりと家族の時間を過ごすには最適でした。
コースの内容的に肉を中心に子供でも食べれそうなので和みコースを選択。
最初の肉寿司はシャリの温かさにほんのりと脂が溶けて絶品でした。もったいないけど一口で食べた方がよい一品。次の黒毛和牛の昆布〆は牛のたたきだけでも美味しいが、キャラブキの佃煮と一緒に食べると美味しい。季節の一品は、ガーリックのソースをかけたカツオがさっぱりとさせてくれる。黒毛和牛ハンバーガーはデミグラスソースで煮込んだハンバーグにチェダーチーズとパルメザンチーズの２種類のチーズがアクセントとなっていてお店の名物というべき逸品。和牛のお吸い物はくど過ぎずさっぱりとお口を整えてくれて、最後の和牛ステーキ。２種類のお肉を半分ずつ楽しめる提供の仕方も大丈夫ということで、赤身（いちぼ）とヒレを選択。お肉の旨味のつまった赤身ととろける食感のヒレ肉を、醤油をメレンゲ上にしたソースと岩塩で堪能しました。〆のガーリックライスはそのまま食べるのも美味しいけど、半分たべたところで塩昆布とワサビに出汁をかけてお茶漬けにして食べると、意外にもくど過ぎず、ササっと喉を通過して、ホッとした食後感を残してフィニッシュ！
娘の誕生日ということで、誕生日プレートのサービスもついて、抹茶のムースのデザートも食べて大満足のひと時でした。
