お料理の種類は決して多くない印象ですが、
軒並みおいしくいただけましたし、
尚且つ、接客面もとても丁寧に感じた次第です。
おひとり様でも、グループでも良きかと。
店内は清潔＆ゆったりとしたレイアウトで、
心穏やかに飲み食いできるありがたき仕様と
なっておりました。
元々東大内の教官専用食堂としてオープンしたのは、
1951年のことだそう。
今回オジャマしたこちらの店舗は、
和風居酒屋として
2018年にリニューアルオープンされたようです。

◆手造りポテトサラダ@380円
マヨ潤沢。口当たり滑らかな一品です。
お芋の輪郭は控えめに感じますでしょうかね。
フライドオニオンの食感が、
予想通り良きアクセントになっていました。
◆珍味 ぬか漬けいわし@580円
いわゆる“へしこ”というヤツでしょうか。
ぬか漬けらしい薫りは芳醇。
尚且つ、強烈な塩気を放っており……
まさかここまでとは。
正直、大根おろしが足りません（笑）
◆御殿のメンチ@580円
シンプルなメンチカツです。
お肉にクセはほとんど感じられず、
素直な味わいと言った印象を受ける1枚でした。
ただ、やや薄く感じるかもしれませんね。
◆おにぎり（南高梅）@250円
ボリューミー、且つ、美味しくいただけました。
ほどよい粘り気と、柔らかさ。
米粒の輪郭もきちんと感じられます。
南高梅はすり潰してあり、
種無しで食べやすくしていただけます。

日本酒リストの中から3種選べます。
