I was looking around Hongo 3-chome for something unusual and delicious, and when I heard that there was a restaurant that served a variety of tuna dishes, I decided to open the restaurant's door for the first time. As soon as I entered, I was handed a stuffed tuna head. Take a commemorative photo with your smartphone? It may not be easy for young people to get used to it, but it seems to be a service for customers who are having a course meal. When I took my seat, a three-piece tuna platter was brought to me along with the Ebisu beer I had ordered. The three-piece plate includes fatty tuna and throat? Haramo? There's a tag on the product that says...Isn't it usually red meat, medium fatty fatty tuna, or large fatty tuna? It makes me want to try it, but this Haramo has no odor and is refreshing and delicious. Next, fried tuna Tatsuta and smoked boiled egg appeared on the table. At this point, I changed my drink to sake. Urakasumi, Masumi, Hakkaisan...the all-you-can-drink menu here also serves good sake. And tuna hotpot. The dishes were brought out one after another, and they were all delicious. I ate all the way down to the rice porridge.
