食べログのサイトで席のみ予約して友人と初めておじゃましました。落ち着いた雰囲気でグルメな女子がよろこびそうなお店。最初にアミューズが出てきました。黒板に書いてあるメニューから、冷前菜は鮮魚のタルタルサラダを注文。ガラスのお皿が料理の彩りを引き立ててました。それから温前菜は、米ナスと活ホタテの炙りトマトソース添えを注文。こちらも素材の良さが際立っていました。メインはお米を詰めたうずらのロースト。サイトの写真をみて絶対に食したいと決めてました。期待以上の美味しさで、うずらの皮がパリッとして中のお米とお肉が程良い塩味で、多いに堪能しました。デザートはアメリカンチェリーのクラフティーほうじ茶のアイスクリーム添え。センス良く盛り付けされて、とても美味しくてこちらも大満足でした。友人もまたこのお店に来たいねと言ってくれて、とにかく大大大満足でした。 写真のとおりデザート以外はお店の方が人数分を取り分けてくださっています。
