日曜の夜7時ごろに訪問。
待ち時間はなかったが、誰かが店を出ると誰かが入ってきて、常に席は埋まっている状態であった。
水道橋が近いので、海外旅行客もちらほら。
ラーメン屋にしては珍しいボックス席に案内された。その後5、6分ほどでラーメンが提供された。
◎塩中華そば(930円)
割と味はしっかりめ。細麺と昆布出汁のきいた濃いめのスープがよく絡む。真ん中に生姜がトッピングされており、量を食べても飽きない。
チャーシューは薄切りで、ハムのような感覚で食べられる。塩中華という名前からなのか、これも塩味が効いている。
次はつけそばをいただいて、中華そばとの違いを楽しみたいと思う。
また、食べログクーポンを出し忘れないようにしようと思う。
