Saba-Kombu Water Tsukesoba and Shio-Chuka Soba are back for a limited time! Saba-Kombu Water is made by steeping kelp and dried mackerel overnight in water to create a slimy texture.
The noodles are soaked in kelp water and are delicious even if eaten as is! The Shio Chuka is a double soup of chicken broth and seafood, with a thick soup full of flavor and medium-thick noodles that
... make it satisfying to eat. We are confident in both dishes! Please give them a try. Our specialty is chicken broth soup. We simmered it for three days to concentrate the flavor of the chicken. It is not too heavy and can be drunk easily. Our homemade noodles are made with a blend of two types of wheat to balance with the soup, making them tsurushiko. The texture is excellent, and the taremenma is a special feature. Everything is homemade, so please give it a try.
