外観はまさに倉庫。
初めて訪れたが、目指していないと全く気がつかない。
昼定食のメニューを拝見。
まず、炭火焼が目に入る。
そして、ザンギとジンギスカンの文字。
炭火焼は、鯖文化干し、紅鮭、縞ホッケ、赤魚一夜干し、そして自家製西京焼き 銀鮭 鶏もも肉が用意されている。
旨っそう～。
“自家製西京焼 銀鮭”を選んだ。
ご飯と味噌汁、小鉢２品がついた炭火焼魚定食だ。
銀鮭、旨い!!
西京味噌に漬けた銀鮭を、焦がさずふっくらと焼いてある。
味噌汁も“上”の部類だ。美味しい味噌汁である。
そして、ご飯だ。
少し硬めで、モチモチふっくらには、いま一歩。
しかし、その分、しっかり噛むことで米本来の旨味を味わえるといえるかもしれない。
こちらは、北海道がウリの炭火焼酒場とのこと。
魚好きには堪らない炭火焼魚定食。
そして、ザンギとジンギスカン。
西京焼き銀鮭がなかなか旨かったので、今度は、何をいただこうか。
炭火焼魚も捨てがたいが、やはり北海道ということでザンギかジンギスカンかな。
次も期待している昼定食である。
