We visited here for a party to celebrate a successful day. It took a while for the pizza to be ready after we ordered it, but we forgot about the wait while enjoying the conversation with our friends. The pizza is baked slowly in a wood-fired oven, giving it an authentic taste. The dough is thin, but the contrast between the crispy outside and the chewy inside makes it even more appetizing. The fragrant aroma of freshly baked wheat also whets the appetite. The fresh pasta is firm yet chewy. Overall, the food was simple, but the taste clearly showed the quality of the ingredients and the high level of cooking technique.
