Each and every Gyoza / Dumpling at Tenko Gyoza / Dumpling is carefully handmade by our chefs. Among them, "Kurobuta Gyoza / Dumpling" where you can enjoy the deep flavor of Kyushu Kurobuta pork is very popular! The crispy-grilled skin and meat juices make this an irresistible dish. We Other have about 8 other types of gyoza, including the "Original Gyoza / Dumpling" which is made mainly from vegetables and has a taste that has not changed since our founding, "Shiso Gyoza / Dumpling" which is refreshing with grated ponzu sauce, and "Shrimp Chive Gyoza / Dumpling" which contains whole shrimp.
