お店の前には大きな木があるのでそれを目印に。
店内はキチンと感がありつつも肩肘張らない雰囲気で居心地いいです。
8800円のコースを頂きました。

⚪︎新玉ねぎ
静岡の新玉ねぎのスープにリコッタのクリーム。味付けはお塩、水、オリーブのみ。チポッラータトスカーナ風。
⚪︎サクラマス
青森の下北サクラマスに愛媛の甘平、うるいとうど、こごみ、ギョウジャニンニク、はわさび。脂がのったサクラマスと甘酸っぱい甘平の相性はバッチリ。
⚪︎バヴェッテ
神戸のホタルイカと千葉の菜の花と合わせて。自家製のリングイネは弾力あってもっちり。ホタルイカの苦味がいい。季節が感じられます。
⚪︎カペレッティ ムジェッロ風
オーストラリアの仔羊ラグーとイタリアのボスケットタルトゥーフォ。白ワインで煮込んだソース。春キャベツ添えて。
⚪︎仔牛
オランダの仔牛イチボと佐賀の緑アスパラガス。蕗の薹、アンチョビ、ケッパー、オリーブのタプナードソース。
⚪︎ボネアルカカオ
アマレットの香り。プリンのようなデザート。イチゴミルクジェラートと黒胡椒を効かせたラスク添え。
⚪︎カフェ&バスティッチーニ
アーモンドとレーズンのお菓子、生チョコ、イチゴとホワイトチョコの生チョコ。
クラシックなイタリアン。伝統的な料理に捻りを効かせていてオリジナリティもありました。パスタ2種類出ましたがどちらも美味しかったです。
サービスも良くて心地よく食事が出来ました。
