新米の時期、ツヤツヤのご飯が食べたいと、フォーローしてる方のクチコミをみてこちらへ。
ツヤツヤのご飯は、蓋開けた瞬間香りを堪能して食べる方に気を取られて撮り忘れる始末。
いや、食事前の写真て、本当はどうなんだろうと思ってるので、私の行動は正しいと言うことで。
ご飯は鉄釜？で注文から火入れで、本当の炊き立てです。
ピカピカ、ツヤツヤの美しいお米です。
宮城県のコシヒカリだそうで。
日や、営業時間によって違うそうです。
キンキの煮付けは、ふっくら、目周りのトロトロも堪能し、骨もしゃぶりたいなと思いつつ、いや、もっとしゃぶればよかった。煮汁も美味しく途中で店主がお匙を出してくれました。なんなら、最初から付けているそうなのを、忘れてたようです。
飲みたいですよね、やっぱり。この美味しいスープを匙で飲みつつ、ツヤツヤご飯にかけるの勿体ないなーと思いつつ
雑炊、もしくはお茶漬け状態で締めです。
確実に食べ過ぎですが、こんな美味しいご飯を残せません。
ああ、幸せ、ごちそうさまでした。歩いて帰ろう。
