Our food and drink menu changes monthly. Finished with seasonal ingredients. We recommend Hamburg and pasta. Hamburg steak uses fresh A5 rank Wagyu beef for the minced meat, and contains beef cheeks that have been simmered in red wine to create a juicy texture. The pasta, which is the main course, also uses seasonal ingredients.
