出張。日帰り。滞在約4時間。せめて記憶に残るラーメンを。時刻は15時前。有名店とはいえどもね。御徒町駅に降り立つ。鴨出汁の店を遠目で見る。カルガモ親子の様な連なり。チェンジ！
麺屋武蔵さんが近くにありました。一時期メディアではよく耳にするお店でしたので初訪麺してみました。
流石にこの時間ですので席は結構空いてましたが、あれよあれよの間にほぼ満席状態に。東京はメシの時間概念が薄いとインプット。さてこちらのお店はつけ麺の方が人気が高いことは知ってましたが、ラーメンつけ麺、僕ラーメン！ですので迷わず、ら〜麺（白）を発券。何となく煮卵をトッピングしてみました。
ワサワサの太麺に濃厚豚骨がひしひしとひた絡みます。そして普段はほぼほぼ興味なしスルーのチャーシューですが。アツイヤワイウマイ！いつもは『チャーシュー抜いてその分安くしてくれんかなぁ』と嘆いてますが、アリです。煮卵はやはりあたしには不要でした。この一杯にもう少し豚骨の臭みがあればな、と欲張ります。にしても。東京恐るべし。東京もっと知りたくて。せめて出張は1泊で。
