10分かからず着丼。
スープは濃厚な豚骨ベースに香辛料でスパイシーさもプラス。
具は小葱、キクラゲ、メンマ。主役の
チャーシューは大振りバラ肉が、脂も美味しくボリュームありです。
麺は太めのストレート麺で、茹で加減固めが合ってます。
何年振りかに食べましたが、変わらず美味しかったです。
