麺屋武蔵さん系列店舗で行われている肉フェア第２弾の御徒町・武骨編。
ちょっと前にこちらで一本チャーシューを頂いた時に”白”で頂いたので、今回は”黒”で。
思った以上に黒く、コクがあった。白も大好きだが、黒も良いね。
限定のスペア煮ブタチャーシューはなかなかに量多め。ライスも注文していたのだけど、ライスにも合う。
これは”赤”でも美味しそう。
期間中にまたこれそうだったらまた食べたいね。
