千代田線の湯島駅からすぐのところにあるこのお店。
中は昔ながらの飲食店というイメージで、
テーブル席に暖色系の照明と庶民的でなじみやすい雰囲気が広がっている。
少しリサーチをして来店したが、
ここのお店は愛媛の八幡浜市の契約産地から
名古屋種や軍鶏などをかけ合わせた「媛っこ」という品種を取り寄せているらしい。
焼串には豊富な種類があり、
しいたけや銀杏などもある。
鳥は臭みが少なく、
塩で食べても弾力と肉味を堪能できるコクのある鳥であった。
