とりやの親子丼
胃痛から明けて未だ本調子ではなく，消化の良いものはと・・・親子丼を思いついてこちらに。入店すると２階に案内されました。２階も８割がた埋まってました。２階はおばちゃんひとりで仕切ってました。親子丼を発注，850円。焼きものや揚げものよりは早くできるようで先客を追い越して出てきました。大きな器です。上方の橙色は漬物です。たまごはかなり緩めですが生ではなく火が通った感じですので生たまごがあまり好きではないワタクシも十分いただけます。そんなことで普段は匙を使いませんがこちらの場合は必須です。出汁は甘目のようでそれが親子丼の王道でしょうから美味しい訳です。味噌汁はわかめ。味はやや濃いめに感じましたが親子丼の甘さのせいかもしれません。この値段でこの味をいただけるので良いお店と思います。ブログ記事から投稿しました。https://datte2.hatenablog.com/entry/2022/07/13/040000
昼のきじ焼き重はリーズナブルで旨い
こちらはなんとなく入りそびれていたお店。お昼メニューは850円シリーズと1450円シリーズの２系統のよう。外からのぞくと お客さん１人でカウンター空いている様子だったので入店です。タイミング悪く，厨房内ではお二人が調理奮闘中でした。衝立あるカウンター席に収まって，メニュー一番上のきじ焼き重をごはん少なめで発注，850円。
さほど待たずに来ました。もも肉，そぼろ，玉子焼きです。さっそくいただいてみると，ごはんの上には海苔が敷き詰められてました。もも肉，そぼろ共に味付けはしっかり系でごはんと共にいただくお重のおかずとして成立しています。特にもも肉は濃いめながら柔らかく焼かれていて美味しいです。玉子焼きも出汁感あってなかなか美味しい。２階にも客席があるようで，後客の方々は２階に通されてました。次回は親子丼か竜田揚げの定食もしくは思い切って1450円シリーズで。

久しぶりにこちらに。１階カウンター席に座って，きじ焼き重を発注，900円。自分の後に続いて入店された方の注文と合わせてつくり始めます。ほどなくしてきました。ごはんの上に海苔が敷かれ，鶏もも，そぼろ，玉子焼きがびっしり乗ってます。鶏もも肉が柔らかく，皮はパリッとしていてこれが大変美味しく感じます。そぼろには甘味よりはすっきりした醤油を感じ，これもごはんとよく合います。玉子焼きには出汁感があって，こちらも美味しいです。ごはんを少なめにしなかったせいか，量が多めに感じましたが，鶏ももとそぼろがしっかりのっているので最後まで美味しくいただくことが出来ました。この内容で900円はかなりのお値打ちと思います。ブログ記事から投稿しました。https://datte2.hatenablog.com/entry/2024/06/05/030000
