日本に戻った初日の夜、気合を入れたいが、胃に重いのはしんどいので、先ず魚料理を食べたくて、選んだのが当店。
メニューを見ると、思ったより種類は多くなかった。まだコロナの影響があるのだろうか。
〆鯖、天然鰤のかまの煮つけ、牡蠣フライ、冷やしトマト、ウーロン茶を注文。疲れていて、翌日午前中から予定を入れていたので、酒は頼まなかった。
牡蠣フライの衣は見た目よりも軽く、牡蠣はふわとろで、美味しかった。
天然鰤のかまの煮つけの身はややパサついていたが、目やコラーゲンや脂身等様々な触感が味わえた。
店内の内装や雰囲気は落ち着いていて、周囲の居酒屋とは異なる印象。次回は酒も頼んで、ゆっくり料理を味わってみたい。
