休日のランチタイムに伺いました。広小路店、上野駅前店にはたまに来ていましたが、本店は15年ぶりの訪問です。親父に連れられこの本店に初めて伺ったのが45年ほど前。それ以来焼肉と言えば陽山道でした。
門構えが豪華になり、黒毛和牛やAランク肉の専門店に進化しましたが店内の雰囲気は変わらないですね。
久々の本店でエビス黒でスタートしました♪♪

お肉は以前よりもちろん豪華、肉厚で旨い!
個人的にはA5和牛などの上質の肉よりも少しランクを落とした肉のほうが美味しい感じるのですが、今の味付も又違って楽しめますね。
以前の好みの肉の味が再現されているのは上野駅前店で食べた壺漬けカルビ、それと今はメニューに無き絶品の牡蠣刺しは、本店のイカ刺しでその味を思い出しました
ハラミを食べていると『ランチは食べますか?』とお店の方。そうか、単品よりも1000円ちょっとで豪華なランチを挟むという荒技もあるか!次回はその手で行こう!ランチは本当にお得です!
60年続く老舗の焼肉店。又この味と雰囲気を味わいに来たいと思います。 ご馳走様でした!
