小上がり席は掘りごたつ式でリーマンでも安心して座れます。
ほぼ刺身状態のカツでレアカツ。
見た目で肉と同じ感覚でかぶりついたらふにゃふにゃでビックリ。
厚みあるので食感はかつおのたたきのような感じ。
カツなのにさっぱりしていて猛暑日にうれしい。
「からしありますので醤油と一緒に」と言われからし醤油でいただく。
さしみ：わさび醤油
カツ：からしソース
と来たところで
魚のレアカツ：からし醤油
なのですね。わさび醤油かからしソースでも食べてみたかったりｗ
わらさってなんだと調べたら出世魚ブリのひとつ手前でした。
