A restaurant in a corner of Yushima that specializes in soba noodles. Apparently, one Saturday, after drinking in the Yushima area, he stopped by for a final stop...because I don't remember anything about it, and the next day, when I saw the image on my cell phone, I thought, "Where is this?" Looking back on my fading memories, I remember going to a soba restaurant to finish off a night of drinking in the Yushima area. Well, maybe it's better than Ramen...? I console myself with this. Looking at the image and remembering it... It seems like the alcohol was a highball. I don't remember whether it was thick or thin, but it seems like they're refilling it. As a side dish, I remember having fried yams instead of fried tofu. I remember that tofu had a different chewy texture and was delicious. And Hegisoba. Even if I look at the image and only have a vague memory of it, it's still a lot to finish off after drinking. It's healthier than Ramen, and you can finish it off with soba soup. He must have been somewhat relaxed with the green onions in his eyes. From here, I headed to the capsule hotel where I would stay for the night, and the next morning, my memory returned and I headed to the scene as if nothing had happened. “It’s healthier than Ramen,” I tell myself, but it’s a typical night of binge drinking. I'm doing a lot of work.
