週末のランチはなんだか肉気分でこちらへ
並ぶと聞いて11:20に到着 先客2名
夜のお店が集結するエリアにあります
昼だとちょっとシュール
開店ちょっと前にオープン
消毒してからアクリル板で仕切られたカウンター席に案内されます
オーダーはもちろんフォアグラグルメ丼(税込1,200円)
すぐにサラダ 小鉢 スープが
小鉢は木の子のトリュフオイル炒め
美味しいです ていうか フォアグラにトリュフ
1,200円にしては豪華なラインナップ
スープはミルク系の優しいお味
具もにんじん 玉ねぎなどしっかり入っています
そしてサラダはシャッキシャキ ポテトサラダがいい感じ
そこから5分後にフォアグラグルメ丼
薄めカットのフォアグラ2枚

利益出てんのかなって心配しちゃうほど美味しいフォアグラ 全く苦味なし
そしてさすが鉄板焼き屋さん 焼き加減は外カリッ 中ふっくら 脂がジュワッと絶品です
滲み出た脂はご飯に絡めて食べます
そして鴨も3枚 これも柔らかくて美味しい ネギもちゃんと添えてあります
でもフォアグラの前では完全に脇役です
鴨が脇役なんて贅沢
さらに蓮根も なんかサラダといい 小鉢の木の子といい意外と食物繊維が摂れます
そして食後のコーヒー
アイスコーヒーも選べるみたい
ここのコーヒー、泡立ちで想像以上に美味しい
サービスというか気遣いが素晴らしい
シェフとスタッフさんの2名で回しているので調理中は席の案内まで少し待つことがあります
シェフはさすがですね カウンター慣れしているというか、トークが高級感あります
11:45になると席も埋まってくるので早く出ようとしますが、ゆっくりしてくださいね と
早く出ようとしたこちらの動きを察してくれるレベル
なぜか深夜食堂を彷彿
席はカウンターが2つとテーブル席コーナーで意外と収容力あります
やっぱりフォアグラグルメ丼頼んでる人が多かった印象 次にステーキ丼
