We offer two types of our signature paella: ``Chicken and Seafood Mixed Paella'' and ``Squid Ink Paella.'' A popular menu made with soup stock made from seafood every day to concentrate the flavor. We use domestically produced rice, so you can enjoy it deliciously even till it burns. There is a wide variety of authentic tapas that you can easily enjoy. ``The highest grade Iberian pork Bellota Prosciutto'' has been carefully aged for 36 months, is 100% additive-free and uses only natural salt, and goes perfectly with wine.
