上野に３店舗ある焼鳥の名店。他の２店舗は訪問済みなので満を持して本店へ。
18:30予約で5分程前に到着。が、まだ席の準備が出来ていないと外で待たされます。流石は人気店。
初めてのお店なので、店の名前のついた「鳥恵コース」にしました。
まずはお通しで、玉葱のスープ、ネギと胸肉？の和物、あと一つは失念。これはコースじゃ無くても出てくるようですね。
次にサラダ。何かのプライドチップが混ざったドレッシングが美味しいです。
レバーパテとクリームチーズがフランスパンに塗られて供されました。他の２店と違いクリームチーズですね。レバーパテは臭みなど皆無で安定の美味しさ。クリームチーズは味噌か何かが混ぜられてクリーミーで美味しいです。
次は燻製です。チーズと手羽元かな？お酒のおつまみにピッタリですね。
ここから焼き物がスタートです。
ささみのサビ焼、鴨ネギ、銀杏、つくね(写真撮り忘れたあせ)、モモ。どれも良い焼き加減で安定の美味しさですね。
最後に鶏そぼろのお茶漬けでお腹いっぱい。
