週2度は新御徒町辺りに来る予定があり
1度はお邪魔したかったお店
最近釣りをするようになり
お魚への興味が沸いている今日この頃
あみ丼を注文、ご飯大盛りも無料だが自粛モード
着丼…切り身のお魚はなんだろう
お恥ずかしいがはっきりとわかりません
ブリのようなたたずまいだが脂はそこまでと
いった感じであっさりした身となっております
漬けダレもいい塩梅でお魚の味が
伝わるよう濃くはありません
また薄切りなのがちょうど食べやすく
そしてご飯が硬めで美味しい〜
プラスのお値段で切り身を増やせて
最後は出汁でお茶漬けスタイルで
いただけたらなんて妄想しちゃいました
とてもバランスが取れたあみ丼でした
