京都府の丹後半島から捕れたて新鮮なお魚と丹精込めて作ったお米、地酒があります。 |
上野から下谷へ歩いていたら、あみ丼？っていう看板と、丹後の魚との文句に、なんかおいしいのかなって思って、つい飛び込み。
お品書きから、サバは大好きだけど、ここは看板の写真のあみの丼の特盛をオーダー。
ブリほど脂がないから、イナダかな？あっさりしてて、甘くておいしかった。
刺身は薄く引かれていたけど、味があっさりしているから、もっと厚く引いてくれたらいいのに。
たまごを絡めて食べたら、さらに甘くなった。
でも、たまごは全卵はいってる。
黄身だけでいいのに。
白身はいらないよね。
