入店してすぐ、おしぼりとお冷の提供、ドリンク注文の案内がありました。ドリンク注文後はお通し、すぐにドリンクも到着し、接客サービスがとてもスムーズに感じました。
お通しにはオリーブオイルとバルサミコ酢をつけて食べるパンがつき、パセリののったフワフワのフォカッチャ、シンブルで歯ごたえのあるパンがとても美味しかったです。
カリブサラダはドレッシングが有名とのことでとても楽しみにしていた1品。サラダにはキュウリやレタス、トマトを初めとしてムール貝やエビ、アサリ、タコなど海鮮がゴロゴロ入っていました。ドレッシングは、個人的にはあっさりめのサウザンににんにくのようなパンチを加えたような味でした。食材にしっかりと絡み、海鮮とも相性が良かったです。
メインにはカルボナーラを注文。想像以上の濃厚さながらも、粒こしょう、パセリ、ベーコンが要所要所に存在していたため、その味のメリハリで飽きることなくペロリと完食してしまいました。しかし、Mサイズでもかなりの量があったので2品ほどを3人でシェアするのもいいと思います。
デザートにはプレートを出していただきました。濃厚なパンナコッタと甘すぎないティラミス、ジェラートがついており、かわいい見た目と美味しさに感動しました。
リーズナブルなお値段と素敵なサービス、全ての料理が美味しく、普段使いにもピッタリだおと思います。また利用させていまだきます。ごちそうさまでした。
