濃厚な魚介と鶏ベースのつけ汁が特徴のつけ麺は、魚粉の使い方なのかドロッとしているのに豚骨ほどしつこくありません。

初めて食べたけど、ネギマヨは期待をうらぎらなかった。

つけ麺が、濃厚かと思いきや、ラーメンも、かなり濃厚なクリーミーなスープでした。魚介が少し強い鶏白湯スープで、麺との絡みも良かった。
この近辺も、かなりの激戦地区で、廻りはラーメン屋ばかり。
つけ麺中盛り
鳥のせいか、濃厚だが味が薄く感じる。麺は中盛り盛りだと多過ぎる。
末広町駅出口近くには多数のラーメン屋とカレー屋がありますが、こちらはつけ麺屋。油そばも
あるようですが。
今回は一押しとされる特製つけ麺なるものを選択、ゆで時間が長いのか待ち時間はかなり待ちました...
