【秋葉原で、煮干し系油そば！絶品編】
油そば 大盛 780円
秋葉原駅というよりは、末広町駅の方が近い、楽(GAKU)さん初入店です。
こちら、つけ麺&油そば専門店！油そばの評判がめちゃくちゃ良いみたいなんで、来てみました(^_^)
近くには、人気店がいっぱい。そんな中でも繁盛してました！
私がたべたのは、デフォの油そば大盛！大盛は、茹で上がり600g！大盛サービスです！
提供時間は、7～8分。
煮干し・魚粉香る鶏油の油そば！！こんなウマイ油そば食ったことない。初体験。
モチモチな中太麺と、さっぱりなオイリー煮干しダレがしっかり絡み、めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです(^-^ゞ
タレには、醤油は使ってないのでしょうか？醤油感はせず、煮干しと鶏の旨味がガツンッ！って感じ。
トッピングは、デフォにもかかわらずチャーシュー3枚(鶏チャーシュー2枚、豚チャーシュー1枚)。メンマ・刻みネギが乗っています。
↑↑あっさり鶏チャーシューをタレの絡んだモチ麺と一緒に食らうと激ウマ(;´д｀)
麺の量も多かったですが、最後まで飽きずに美味しく食べれました！
途中から一味唐辛子を強めにふって食べましたが、これもまたgood。
まとまっている味に仕上がっている為、酢とラー油の投入は、個人的には入れても少量で、食べたい逸品です。
