日曜ランチ。今日は油そばが食べたくなり、こちらのお店へ。12時頃着でしたが、待ち列なくすぐに座れました。その後も入れ替わり立ち替わりお客さんが来られていましたが、待ち列は出来ていなかったように思います。
オーダーは海老辛油そば。麺量は小・中・大から選べるみたいで、大は茹で前500gなので迷いましたが大をチョイス。程なく着丼しましたが、麺は喉越しが良くもちもちしています。それなりに辛さはありましたが物足りず、ラー油を追加投入。さらに卓上に鰹節粉があったので振りかけると味が濃厚に。加えて説明書きにあった追っかけスープを頼んだところ、さらにまろやか濃厚なお味になりました。個人的には追っかけスープを入れた方が美味しく思いましたが、油そばではなくなるので、やはり途中投入がいいんでしょうね。なお、油そばはスープが無いからか、大でもあっという間に完食してしまいました。ただ、やはり麺量が多かったのか、しばらくしてもお腹いっぱい状態が続いています。ごちそうさまでした。
