この店はつけ麺・油そばがウリの秋葉原のラーメン専門店です。
麺は自家製麺です。
「煮干油そば（850円）」を注文。
麺の量は普通盛300g、中盛400g、大盛500gが同料金で選べます（茹で後の重量）。
タレは少量入っており、ストレートに煮干し系の味です。
麺は太めのストレート麺で、もちもち感があります。
まぜそばと違って、よくあるジャリジャリの煮干しではなく、スマートな煮干し味です。
油がよく絡みますが、意外に油しつこさはありません。
