The cold carpaccio didn't have much of a smoked taste, but it was fatty and delicious. Iberico pork tongue and Oyster are stable. The blue cheese sauce on the roasted lamb goes perfectly with the lamb, but it might be a little strange for people who don't like strong smells. The bamboo shoots and squid risotto was good with the squid having great flavor.
