心休まるハンバーグ
知人のオススメでランチに訪問しました
お店に到着は12時15分過ぎ
2人組ですんなりとテーブル席へと案内されました
予習をせずに訪問したためハンバーグに何のソースを選ぼうと迷っておりました
知人がデミグラスという事なのでチーズトッピングのデミグラスにしました
寒い事もあり、スープも別でオーダー
まずはサラダが到着
サラダを頂いている間にスープが到着
寒く冷え切って身体にアツアツのスープが身に染みます
味は？というと、、
何とも口には言い表わす事が出来ない不思議な味
色々なスープの種類ありますがトマト系でもない、オニオン系でもない、コク深い不思議なスープでした
ハンバーグが到着
デミグラスソースの上にチーズが載せられ、ハンバーグがその上に鎮座しています
ナイフを入れた瞬間に肉汁が溢れ出し、とにかくご飯にピッタリのハンバーグでした
ご主人も丁寧な応対で夜に行ってみたいと思います

行きたいお店が定休日のため、Delaでハンバーグランチとなりました
訪問時間は12時10分過ぎ
店内は満席のため、20分ほど店外で待機しました
ハンバーグは
アボカドやデミグラスなど4種類ある中でトマトソースにチーズをトッピング
さらに今回もスープをオーダー
まずは前菜のサラダ、スープの順で提供されその後10分ほどでハンバーグとご対面
冷たいトマトソースに分厚い温かいハンバーグの組み合わせは相性抜群
チーズもトッピングしたおかげで美味しく頂きました
デザートにバスクチーズケーキを追加
胡椒とフランボワーズソースがチーズケーキの両脇に添えられて味変しながらバスクチーズケーキを頂きました
オーナーシェフの対応が良く安心して利用できるお店です
