以前から何度かお店の前を通っており、気になっていた本店に初訪店です。
本日の主目的はあんこう鍋。注文すると鍋が提供されます。
あん肝が具材の上にたっぷりと乗っています。具材は、あんこう、白菜、シイタケなどなど。
テーブル上のIHコンロで温めるのですが、火力がなかなかに強く、短時間で食べごろに。
結構てんこ盛りだったのですが、火が入るとそれほどの量ではありません。そもそもの出汁は味噌ベース。それにあん肝が溶け出し、なんとも言えない味わいに。出汁を吸った野菜はかなり美味です。あんこうの身は不味くはないのですが、個人的には他店で食べるようにあんこうの身は入れないで他の魚などを入れた方が好みかな？と。（繰り返しですが不味くはないです。あくまでも好みの問題です）
あんこう鍋以外にも白子ポン酢・ガス海老天ぷら・あなご天ぷら・生ガキ・蒸しガキなどなどいただきましたが、どれも非常においしくいただくことができました。特に白子ポン酢。ちょっとでも品質が悪いと生臭みがでてしまうのですが、こちらの白子は生臭みが全くなく、かなりの鮮度・クオリティでした。
このクオリティ・値段であれば日曜夜なのに満席状態の理由は理解できます。
また必ず再訪すると思います。
